I am going through this right now. My job is my #1 stress. When I am off for a few days or go on vacation my libido begins to rebound. A day or two back at work and no libido and erectile dysfunction comes back no matter how much my wife tries. It’s embarrassing to say the least. I tried to blame it on high estrogen , but all my bloodwork looks really good. Funny how a lot of guys blame this on high estrogen when in reality it’s probably high stress. I have to find a new job. I have exactly the same problem with libido. When I’m holiday it’s no problem. Yet when I’m back from work it’s zero

Think a little meditation can go a long way. After all if we spend an hour a day strengthen our muscles why not 20 minutes on the brain!
