I had the same problem with my Tahoe. I tried everything as well. New tires, balanced, u joints, etc. Then my transfer case went out a while later. I had it replaced and they installed a new yoke while they were right there. That ended up being it. It is two pieces of steel pressed together with a rubber bushing. Easily overlooked. Apparently, that is where the vibration was coming from. Who would have thunk???It drove me nuts. Now its smooth as silk. Good luck.

@@TheMrmmkkpro really do u have any way to look at the front joint to identify it was ur issue …

@KennethC-x8n On my truck it was the front universal joint on the main aluminum driveshaft. I changed all u joints but the front one was defective. I was driving on the interstate at 85 mph. It was vibrating like a bitch and let go with a big boom. I thought my tyranny gave up. Had it towed to a AAA garage , they changed the broken front u joint and now she is smooth as glass. The mechanic told me it was a defective part I put in. I told my son I was going to drive it till it broke and that's what I did. So check all u joints, it's a bitch to find the vibration , good luck , let me know what ya find 👍👍🏁🏁

This was my guess too. They are known for it. Not if but when. Around 115k miles seems to be a common spot.

My 13 silverado has 332K on it and I've never had that happen. Tire separation somewhere maybe ? had that happen with 1 cooper tire and they usually are good to me , was on 04 caviler i have 290K on that car and did 75 mph (sometimes 80)with it every day since new commuting to work and back.

Bad shocks? Could be tire or tires need to be rebalanced …. That actually happened to my 99 , was doing it around same speed - worth a try ….

If you haven't done the front hubs, think about it. ?

It's time for a new torque converter at a minimum, and with that you are just buying time. The real fix is complete transmission rebuild with the upgraded torque converter and fluids. My neighbor has a 2017 with the same issue. Just quoted $4500 for the trans rebuild. Should be a recall by GM but that won't happen.

It could be valve sticking in transmission being it happens at same speed and then resets itself after the stop.
