Hello, I'm watching your stroker complete build series, I noticed you used the ARP goop on the rod and main bearing bolts, is that in place of LocTite? Thx!

Thanks for watching, the ARP goop it quite the opposite of Loctite. It’s a lube that helps achieve proper torque.

@@kevefox Thank you! Do you ever use a Loctite type product on rod cap, or main bearing bolts? I'm reassembling a 258 Jeep engine and was wondering about that.

No, the only bolts I use it on are external. Valve cover, oil pan ect.
