I have a phone mount on my dashboard that really helps. I also programed my phone so I can double click the power button, and my video auto starts, then I just point the camera and hope I get it all, lol. Editing fixes it all. 😊

How stunning is your camp site? Wow, Incredible footage and you are really onto something with your truck tent. My church is the forests, the trees, the environment. Great trip and I was rather waiting to see if you saw a bear. We don't have bears here. I encountered one once at Yosemite. Terrifying Beautiful. Thank you for sharing

Thank you Vee! I love discovering new places. I enjoy dispersed camping, rather than established campsites. Nature offers so many spiritual experiences. Being out and about is healthy for the soul, imo. I hope the only bears I see are in the zoo! Lol 🐻😁

@@greg-time You guys have bears and mountain lions and wolves....(I wouldn't be camping in amongst the huckleberry bushes!) we have kangaroos and huge man eating crocodiles (well further up north than us but still our kids all live in crocodile country). And yes, I did see the sleepy man with a smile on your mountain view - Again, a terrific video.

Vee, talk about crazy wildlife! Under the right circumstance, all are very dangerous! Most camp without ever encountering a problem, but every once and a while an unsuspecting person gets into trouble. It's always on the back of the mind. 😁🙂

Well, you certainly found a beautiful spot! I am still amazed that you can just go out and find a dispersed camping spot. Maybe I am just "sensitive" to the news how camping spots are always full out here in California. Is "Truck Tent" camping a thing on YT? Have you found a niche?

Hi Darin! I'm discovering that there are lots of dispersed camping areas close by. Utah's population is exploding, but at least for now there are a lot of options. I follow a couple of truck tent campers on YT, but my reach hasn't changed much on viewership. Oh well, for me, it's just fun and a way to scratch my creative gene, while preserving memories. 😎

Nice video Greg, looked like a good adventure. How is the internal mic quality on your S21 Ultra? You think its good enough for the outdoors/wind without the need for an external mic?

Thank you Harlit! It was an enjoyable time. I've been very impressed with the mic quality of the S21. I used an external mic with my previous Samsung, a Note 9, and was worried that I'd really miss it, but I've been pleasantly surprised! So you have an S21 also? Thanks for watching! :)

Thoughts on the Napier tent in the winter at high altitude? Just bought one and think it could work with the mr buddy heater.
