They need to bring back the cab over in America. Some of those Kenworth cabbies in Europe are lovely. I don't know why they can't sell them here but left hand drive. Maybe they feel we wouldn't buy them.

What Kenworth cabbies in Europe? Maybe in Australia and New Zealand where they still make Kenworth K200 COEs. There are no American brands in Europe, only Euro brands like Scania, Volvo, M.A.N, Mercedes Benz, Renault, Iveco, DAF (The Dutch company DAF was purchased by PACCAR in 1996 and the Swedish Volvo bought White-GMC in the US converting the brand to ‘Volvo NA’, and then they bought the French brand Renault and with it the American brand MACK which was already owned by Renault at the time Volvo purchased Renault) And the whole mainland Europe is lefthand controls and driving on the right side of the road. Only the UK and Ireland drives on the left side of the road with the righthand controls vehicles. I wish that Scania would somehow reintroduce their trucks on the American market ! Their first attempt was in the 1980s before the deregulation and they weren’t very successful then because under the old ICC regs those trucks were a bit too heavy. Not an issue after the deregulation, but they already stopped the importation. There is this youtuber guy in FL, Bruce Willson, who bought a couple of old (25 year old) Scania trucks and I think that he’s probably working something out to make it possible to import newer Scania trucks into the USA. Anywho, that split windshield looks archaic a f for any truck/bus/car/etc. built after the 1960s!

I agree american cabover needs to make a comeback because idont understand how they still make the kenworth k100 series in Australia but they won't make them here in the USA tho?😒

If you like that, then you'll have to check out the Aussie built KW K 220 or the older K 200. While you're there, have a look at a T 909 compared to the W 900, I think you'll like them all.

That is DEFINITELY a beauty indeed! Cabover's had gotten such a bad rap cuz of rough ride due to sitting over the front axle & of course the difficulty getting in & out of, but freightliner really went and did it with the Argosys. I remember first time seeing 1 online cuz that's definitely not something you'd see down in Kansas. I'm old enough to remember the older ones & playing in the neighbors friends truck who drove 1. I was only 4 & i remember being shocked that there was a bed in the back lol. Being a huge trucking fan I was so disappointed watching as they slowly disappeared. But like most I thought it was due to fuel efficiency standards. Come to find out nowadays thanks to wind tunnel testing that the flat front doesn't act like you'd think creating huge drag. Instead it creates a bubble that acts like an invisible dome allowing air to flow around smoothly like the standard cabs. Though they say the Cabover's are being fazed out I've been hearing (not completely positive if true or not) that there's about to be a cabover Renaissance. I REALLY HOPE!. I'm into Garden Trucking which is high-performance rc meets scale modeling. If you've never heard of & love semi's than you MUST CHECK OUT. There the ultimate toy with 3-speed transmissions that you shift via controller & TOTAL realism. You start by building them from a kit than you can do what ever you want customizing the sh-t out of. These things are powerful capable of pulling me. Right now I'm working on building an Argosy after discovering that my Knight Hauler which is a freightliner coronado has several features that the Argosy has & by chopping up the cab a little bit it'll look exactly like 1. So I'm going for it cuz they are the coolest!. Cool video cuz that is nice ride. Goodluck on your Argosy find & hope you get it... ✌

Way back when International introduced the 'Flat Floor' edition they had moved the air intake cleaner & couple things to be able to lower the dog house. JB hunt bought a bunch of em They weren't completely flat, they were raised up some but nowhere near a standard dog house
