To be honest, Tim, I’m not going to lie these are lovely cars but you have to have very deep pockets to modify them to keep their value or to get a return on a sale. I’ve worked on these for many years and put a lot of money and time into one of these without doing the engine and transmission modifications is honestly literally throwing your money away! You also need to keep an eye on the gearbox as they are absolutely terrible! They might as well be made of chocolate! I would put money into engine and transmission modifications it makes sense for yourself and you’re going to gain more viewers an interest with more power over changing trim and plastics mate. There will probably be plenty of people that disagree with me on this but I think you’re great bloke with great content just don’t like people throwing money away. ❤

the left switch is for R mode "R-Mode is for maximum performance. It sets the transmission for the quickest shifts and adjusts the suspension, shocks, and Vehicle Dynamic Control for high-performance handling"

Dump valves or wastegates are fitted in the exhaust side of the turbos to release the exhaust pressure from spinning the turbos and blow off valves are in the cold side to release the intake pressure to stop it from overboosting while the engine isn't taking in any air

Dump valves are not fitted in the exhaust side😂😂 they are fitted exactly same as a blow off valve. 2 different names for basically the same thing.

I enjoyed the video tim, I'll be honest it's sad to hear the m3s gone I just hope if you bought the gtr before selling the m3 you got a photo with them both together or can in the future. But I will say great respect for selling the m3. I can't imagine it was easy. I also can't wait to see what happens with your gtr tho a scania 770 v8 would be an interesting swap if you didn't mind taking the front end apart, but being serious I think a blow off valve or dump valve and exhaust would be great.

One thing tarting around with the Audio systems is most are now interlinked with the ECU's! so when change parts/head units it flags up the Orange light of doom!

You need the Forced induction kit full race exhaust system stage 2 remap Racing spark plugs blow off valves. You can do a lot of this yourself Tim! Get Ben to do it! You should be getting companies involved we have had plenty of companies sending us products for making content that’s going to make some real good content for you as well!

The rear wing is where it is because of wind tunnel tests and placed where it is for best efficiency. All I would do with that would be a carbon fibre type.

Main thing about the GT-R is that they are built in a hermetically sealed environment and the engine and gearbox in Tim’s one won’t work in any other GT-R

I've had the privilage of being driven in a R35 GT-R on the Nurburgring (in green crocodile-like skin with fins), complete race-taxi and let me tell you these things are absolute mental. They still do 0-60 in less than 3 seconds which is just pure insanity. I always thought the R35 GT-R is the "practical" supercar where you only truly get what you need for pure speeds. Hard accelerating car, no useless expensive emblems in bizzare locations and weird options that people would probably use once in their lifetime and what not... And that trunk is absolutely huge for its category, easily can be an all-rounder car that can do both daily and track (as long as you don't take passengers in the back seats). I'm sure you probably already planned this but im dying to see you drive this beast at Silverstone and more great tracks, this car was borned for it.

Why buy all Carbon Fibre , get some Parts , Esp the Engine Bay , Carbon Fibre Wet Dipped 👍 Under Body Neon Lighting ? If your Wanting Some Flames out the Rear , you can get the Kits to do that, a Small Spark Plug ignites the Raw Fuel at the Tail Pipe, via a Switch , mainly for Show Purposes Yes You have to Sell on to Move up , You can only Drive one Car at a Time at the end of the Day

I agree I have a bose system in my 2023 (73) mazda cx5 Not as powerful as I thought it would be With distorted sounds if volume goes above about 40 out of a limit 63 Looking at your fuel gauge My r33 480bhp wouldn't run it less than 1/4 of fear of sucking air , don't know if the r35 is the same

The M3 noooo!😢 I had an 05 E46 ten years ago.. was told by a friend to garage it if I could afford to because they would eventually go back up in value😂…Didn’t listen and part exchanged it for an X5… 23k now for something not even quite as minted as that one! Wished I’d have listened, just to keep it (in hindsight) would I have eventually got bored and let it go anyway🤔🤷‍♂️ I’ll send you a few pics sometime. The GTR is mega mate and I think the subtle mods you mentioned will be perfect👌I moved up to a Nissan after.. got a Juke. Top of the range though- so that makes it ok😂😂

Better to let it be enjoy rather then letting it sit cars will come and go I have had a lots. Lovely car I do find its a bit of a nerd fest the GTR don't get me wrong there fantastic cars they do go. I personally like the sound of a V8 I hope to get some different back boxes at some point with some butterfly valve for my s4 so I can enjoy the sound of the beautiful V8.
