8 days out of every month you can go pass that 172 miles but you have to run a log book.

So if I haul from San Diego CA to riverside or LA WHICK is less than 150 miles. I don’t need to even install ELD or any logbook at all

I think you're allowed to go outside that 150 once, every 8 days. You have to log that, tho.

What if you are "Not for hire". Do you ELD and what insurance is needed?

So you can drive a total of 150 miles or are they saying as long as you are within 150 miles of my place of business to my drop off area I don't need ELD?
