When you put a paper on the top of the frame its easier, better vision and control

@@nvanpraag you just need to stick a pointed paper but on the base more in height, from the back of the bike you will have better access with the hand and better central

Thanks, I need to true a wheel on the bike, I think, because I don't have the key to remove the battery. And I happen to have one of those toilet bolts! (Can you remove the Stromer wheel without removing the battery?)

Hey @user-lh8ee7pv8m, I did not remove the battery before truing the wheel. It should not affect your ability to use this technique. However, if your bike is off and it thinks it's being stolen, you may need to turn the power on.

Great video thanks. Have you ever, by any chance, disassembled the motor on this bike? Mine is very similar and I am getting a no battery error message, which I am told (by Stromer in Switzerland) is likely a motor issue. As they cost a huge amount to replace, I am considering trying to fix the motor, but not sure how complicated they are inside.

Nick, Helen York Hey Nick, no I haven’t yet reached the point of bravery as to take apart the motor. I’ll let you know if I get to that stage.
