Pretty nice upscale area, my uncle lived there for many years of course he made excellent income but he eventually left as well because after a while enough is enough even if you are not hurting for money.

Checked out Schaumburg I'd say it is the one of the best around Chicago area . Best schools, no crime makes price start from a 800k or 1mil. So I understand you man, it's expensive for good reason. Thanks Brandon.

Between Schaumburg vs Naperville, which is more expensive… I’m not able to find a home below $1 million in Schaumburg - any reasons why it’s expensive than Naperville?

I’d say overall, Naperville has more expensive Homes. Schaumburg carry’s a lot more inventory between 300-500k IMO, and slim pickings after that. What are you looking for? Shoot me an email and I can help [e-mail]
