Girl I thought this story sounded familiar and when you mentioned the michael jackson thing, it hit me! Tika told her story on this show called "I Survived" which is a really cool show where people tell the stories of when they survived a life or death situation. Tika not only survived, she was able to tell her story without crying and with a sense of humor. I mean, the woman is absolutely amazing. She's so young too, but I've probably seen every episode of that show, and I'd have to say Tika is one of the people I saw on that show that I'll never forget. There are victims and there are survivors and that girl is amongst the strongest of em.

This was my second biggest fear while I was pregnant with my daughter. The first fear being miscarriage since I’ve already had one previously. I will never understand why people chose to hurt other people. Let alone our most vulnerable people like pregnant women, children and elderly people. They are too often taken advantage of and in danger by people who should be looking out for them.
@karisbish2 жыл бұрын
I watched a movie called “Inside” about this pregnant woman who’s husband died so she’s living alone and this lady breaks in, hooks her up to a pitocin drip and is trying to birth the baby and take it. It’s a savage movie, really freaked me out and had me on edge. The scariest part was the statistic they gave at the end of the movie about how often this happens to women in the United States. Something like 40%

I used to think my mom was so extra when I was pregnant. Always wanting to know who I was with and where I was going. She didn't tell me till after I had my son why she was more concerned than normal, and somehow I had been naive to these types of things happening. When she disappeared we all prayed for days for her safety making it home. When they found her we was all sad. Our tribe had very heavy hearts. The saddest part of the story is that her mom and dad was in the same apartment building that she got murder in and even told the cops where she was and it didn't help save her life.

As a woman who has had 2 caesarian sections, by medical professionals, in a hospital, after a spinal tap that didn't let me feel what they were doing, I am in utter shock that Tikka was able to do what she did to escape. That took some super human strength right there, let me tell you what. I know adrenaline is helpful in those situations, but DAMN!!! Omg just knowing sis was cut open bleeding and weak had me giving her a standing ovation when the video ended knowing her and the baby survived. That baby could’ve been on the floor at any moment but GOD!

This is a crazy story, I was on the edge of my seat the whole time. I'm not even going to say what i wish happened when she tried to attack her in court. I'm so glad that everything worked out. Great video and love your look as always.

You actually had my heart pounding telling the story of the escape, don't think I've ever been as invested in a true crime story as much as this one! Amazing storytelling 👏 👏 👏
