Sooo I’m a true crime buff since the days of unsolved mysteries and cold case files on A&E.. so there’s not too many cases that I haven’t heard.. but it’s the way you tell them that keep me stalking your uploads. Most true crimes start with the crime and work backwards but you build us up with the backstory then BAM! the crime! I love it!

Back in high school art class, my teacher explained that if each half of our face was duplicated exactly (like each half was mirrored) we'd look like 2 different people. I work with kids with special needs (ages 3-12)and one year I had a kid with Intermittent Explosive Disorder. He acted JUST like Todd did as a young kid (biting, hitting, random fits of rage etc) and he had no triggers just like Todd. His mom was really on top of things though and got him diagnosed and in therapy. Eventually he went on medication and that in combination with proper coping skills really helped him. I feel like if Todd had all the right resources as a very young child, maybe things would have been different for him (and his poor victims)

I worked at a daycare where this child was diagnosed with something similar to psychopathy. Apparently you can’t diagnose kids with it but all the things checked off. He was truly terrifying and had caused harm to a lot of kids. Twice enough to get stitches.

@@rebeccaguillen3264 they usually hold off on diagnosing kids young at all because misdiagnosis is a thing that happens. But whenever a parent asks me and my coworkers “what’s up with my kid?” And the child doesn’t have a diagnosis, we always say “Go to a neurologist and do a full diagnostic evaluation”. Usually a neurologist along with a psychiatrist and a developmental pediatrician make the final diagnosis in the end but it takes a lot of testing.
