Bob Motta is a terrible source in the Delphi case. Involved with the defense and crowd sourcing all the crazy. All you have to do is listen to "the murder sheet" podcast.

I said he was involved in trashing the judge, encouraging all the crazy involved with social media nonsense that the prosecution is relying on. Involved with the conspiracy theories and promoting them with zeal. Not to mention the fund raising for defense experts etc. All you have to do is listen to "the murder sheet"podcasts.... And the "prosecutors podcasts". Motta still pushed that his psychopathic client Garcia Is innocent. He has absolutely No creditability IMO.

I know there is a conflict between the creators. I have never heard anything that would lead me to believe that Bob and Ali are involved with the Delphi defense. I do know they publicized a GoFundMe to help pay for expert witnesses when the court unfairly denied the defense motion to pay for them. I don't take sides among creators. I call them as I see them. I have found Bob and Ali to be clear and competent defense attorneys. I would expect Bob to defend his clients. I don't regularly listen to the Murder Sheet. Since Judge Gull is not expected to permit cameras in the courtroom, we will have to rely on people like Bob, who will actually be in the courtroom.

@@childrenofdarknessandlight the way I hear it, the defense wasnt denied actual funding..., funding came through once the paperwork was completed correctly. Motta seems to be the mouthpiece for the social media crazy. Judge Gull isn't the problem here. She's isn't the one click baiting, spreading false info. I truely believe she has no confidence in the defense and their social media tactics and only wants a fare trial not a circus. Let's face it KZbin content creators are changing the justice system. Sometimes a good thing sometimes just a circus.
