I completely 100% agree with you on this! Adriene is a rock! She’s amazing. She’s helped me with my postpartum anxiety I had 1 1/2 years ago when my son was 16 months old and even hours after I had my daughter 3 months ago, all I did was put her videos on and listened to her voice while I tried to fall asleep after being awake for over 36 hours and a 6 hour natural labor! She’s helped me through huge things and I keep coming back! She’s truly amazing.

Today my cat "helped" me stay in meditation poses by sitting in my lap when we were sitting and laying on my chest when we laid down. I sometimes have problems staying still. I thanked him for helping me stay focused on that task at hand. Thanks again Adriene for the time and space.

This practice was so beautiful. I've been struggling with depression for many years but last year I've been recovering. I found self-love a lot thanks to your guidance. ❤️ In this practice today I felt several moments of just pure happiness inside of me. Something I've barely experienced. Hey Emma! It completely does. I have been following Adriene for a year, and I can't tell you what an anxious mess I was, at first. Her practices helped me get into my body and truly find what feels good. You will become really good at recognizing those anxious thoughts and returning to your breath. They'll definitely still happen, but yoga is a great tool in helping control them more! Best of luck on your yoga journey!!

this is exactly what I needed today, I have been doing yoga almost everyday since quarantine started, this is my second thirty day challenge (the first being home) in this time, I almost didn't show up to the mat today because I have finals today, all online, and this is equally as hard when I go to an art school and have limited resources- I am so glad I came not only today, but everyday- not only do I see the physical changes, but I see the mental- I am more attune with my body and feel reconnected to myself and to others. right now I could be anxious, I have a huge project due by midnight tonight and I have been doing school work outside of that for nearly three hours already- this session is exactly what I needed! thank you Adriene! cheers to 43 days of yoga out of 62 days of quarantine! (according to my messy calendar tracking haha...or is it 47?? ... who knows! My calendar has only been filled with yoga and assignments since March!)

I'm exactly the same, but started with "30 days of yoga". Home is next on my list! These daily practices have been making me feel so much better mentally through lockdown and I plan on keeping it up as much as possible when going back to life as usual - but a little apprehensive about getting myself to find the time with university. I hope your finals went well!

Adriene, you have changed my perspective on what it means to "love" and "take care" of my body. I began completing your videos on a consistent basis in September of 2017 and it has revolutionized how I work out. I used to think I had to push my body to it's limit every day. This led to a cycle of guilt and shame. Now, I still work out, but I complement it with a yoga practice each and every day. I cannot thank you enough for your commitment to producing authentic and challenging videos. Keep doing what you are doing and I am excited to continue this TRUE journey with you.

Two rules of thumb today: 1. Breathe Keep returning to your breath. Exercise that muscle of returning to your breath, your spirit. Inhale to fill your cup. Exhale to let of of tension and stress. 2. Enjoy Relax, connect to subtle body AND the big picture. (You’ll see.) Relish in this therapeutic practice. Week two, here we go!

Thank you for this. For the past few weeks I have been feeling the weight of the world on me, feeling very lost about my purpose on this planet and feeling frustrated and fearful about what this year will bring into my life. But today, in the midst of the practice, I whispered to myself 'I will take care of me'. Things will align eventually, as you said. The most important thing we can do is to trust that everything will be okay and vow to ourselves that we will take care of our bodies and our minds, to the best of our ability. No matter what. ps. i finally understand that yoga can make you cry. damn that felt good.

In a way, I've needed every day of this journey, but today I really needed it. I've had a lot of toxicity around me, especially at work and it's become really hard for me to get out of bed in the morning because the toxicity is following me home at the end of the day. I feel so light and awake now, thank you for being the reason to get out of bed on time. I'm setting an intention for the day to tune out the negativity and focus on the positive.

I’m so beyond thankful for this. I had a breakdown today cause of both work and personal stress that just didn’t let up, and nothing seemed to be going my way. Everything was just going wrong and it felt like the entire world was just against me. Until this yoga session. I almost skipped this cause I felt just so down... but thankfully I didn’t and something finally went right with this day. Thank you, Adriene.

I woke up this morning feeling stiff and sore and did not feel inclined to keep up the momentum- just need a day for my body to absorb the journey thus far...but I persevered and when I saw Adriene with her hair down and a comfy sweatshirt - I knew it was going to be ok - that she knew what my body needed. Adriene, THANK YOU SO MUCH. I've been stuck in a toxic relationship and have been putting my whole existence on hold. I've always wanted to try yoga but always put it on hold. In January, my guy moved for a job and we lived apart for the first time in 11 years. I joined your "HOME" 30 day yoga journey and through the practice of showing up for myself consistently every day, I learned what someone showing up for me ACTUALLY felt like and realized I was not in true supportive partnership. Yoga is not the reason my marriage is ending but it ABSOLUTELY helped me finally respect myself enough to do what is right for me. I am so grateful for you and your 30 day programs and how accessible you have made yoga for me & others. Everything you say seems to be just the medicine I need in the moment. OMG..I feel like everything aligned today! After 3 days of having the a/c on in the house, the humidity broke and I opened up all the windows before staring this practice today. When Adriene said "Be aware of the sounds around you" birds were singing. There was a lovely gentle breeze throughout the 30 minutes and then, as if on cue, during my last deep breath in, a beautiful scent of lilac wafted in for my inhale! This was the most peaceful I've felt since the quarantine started!! Thank you Adriene and Benji!

Greetings from Denmark. This 30 day challenge is absolutely great. Days 5 and 6 gave me a headache, and it is still on. The rest of my 60 year old stiff body hurts as well. This proves to me that this works. Yoga works! I know that the pain will subside if i stick to it - and I will. 8 days and counting. Thank you so much for creating these great videos, Adriene. You've been my saviour. I have severe anxiety and I've pushed myself to do the unthinkable and am travelling the world at the moment, so far having done 7 countries; next stop Germany and then the U.K and then back home to Australia. This 30 day yoga challenge is one of the best things I've ever done in my life! Thanks to you Adriene! You say all the right things at exactly the right time. I often find myself smiling, if not chuckling out loud... as you seem to hit the bulls-eye of what's true for me... and I would think is true for almost everyone else in our little global "Yoga with Adriene" community. i seriously love how fun you make your practice! and benji is the cutest funniest thing ever! also I did this practice after a nice hot and sweaty workout sesh and it was perfeccttt! thank you for this challenge! even though it's only day 8 (for me) I am seriously feeling so many changes and benefits already! I cant wait to reflect and see how I feel when this is completed! kels xx

I don't know why but this practise really moved me, I got quite emotional and empowered. I've been doing yoga for years and been using your videos for home practise for a few months and this is the first time it's ever touched me in this kind of way. Magical!

Just wanted to say I was in a horrible mood before this. My day started great and then a series of things kept happening that really ruined my mood. I was ready to just sit on the couch and watch tv and drink wine for the rest of the day but I told myself I need to get day 8 done before that. This practice was exactly what I needed, especially to get rid of all my frustration. I had tears rolling down my face (good tears) in the last 5 minutes with every breath I took. I don't feel back to 100% but I feel a million times better. You're amazing Adriene

Thank you for another beautiful practice - as you said notice the sounds around you I had a giant cardinal calling out in my backyard, SO LOUD! I shall go and check out the spirit meaning for that right now! I absolutely love this yoga journey that you have gifted me! Now I hear a Blue Jay (which is one of my daily companions) reminding me of my power! Enjoy the day and Namaste ~

My mum introduced me to this series as she thought it would help calm me and focus on my breathing when anxious and honestly I feel so much more at rest and calmed thanks to these yoga sessions. It’s helped me in ways I cant describe already! Thank you Adrienne

Made me smile when you said that you are distracting on purpose. I think it's a wonderful idea and teaches people to focus on the breath despite the non perfections of life.
