You said "Puyallup" correctly (basically). I am impressed. A quick check shows Harmony isn't a city, just an populated place/named place on "Harmony Road". It's near a lake with a couple of small loops of houses, an RV Park, and State Park and Campground. Google hasn't bothered to run a Street View camera down Harmony Road since 2009. It's near the middle of nowhere town of Mossyrock, pop 750 or so. The Seattle in the show looks an awful lot like the northern parts of Seattle we see on TV all the time. The far northern parts like Vancouver or Surrey. After the opening shooting we see a highway on a lake in some cold looking steep tall forest hills. You would have to be in the far east parts of King County in the mountains to get this kind of terrain, or perhaps you're headed up to the famous King County ski resort, Whistler. According to the info, "Camp Harmony" was located exactly where the Western Washington Fairgrounds are (AKA the Puyallup Fair). The number one thing Puyallup is known for is the fair and the fairgrounds. Even if you lived near the fairgrounds, you probably wouldn't be aware of "Camp Harmony" 80 years ago and you wouldn't describe the area that way. Everett is in Snohomish County and Seattle is in King County. If we assume he's in the TV renamed King County Sheriff's Dept, there's a problem. The King County Sheriff's department mostly has jurisdiction in unincorporated King County. Depending on the city they may do more. But the one city where they have almost no jurisdiction is Seattle. Seattle is already fairly separate from the rest of King County. For example Seattle doesn't share their utilities with the rest of the county. Either way, Seagal goes where he wants. After Hurricane Katrina, Millions of Refugees came to rural Seattle. Roughly 340% of the New Orleans population lives outside run down Seattle factories sitting in front of burning barrels living off the Western Washington Rattlesnake. No-strip strip clubs again. You can snort coke off a table, but the girls are keeping their dignity. As for Showgirls, it's been there forever. I assume it's there because "history" but it's very out of character for downtown. In my brain I feel like there used to be at least one other club in the area. The Seattle vibe is usually sexual harassment training, not strip clubs. Now, where is this Showgirls? Just before we cut to the Showgirls sign, we see: 1. Ash Grove Cement, in the Industrial District south of Downtown. 2. King Street Station, at the south edge of downtown 3. Train tracks next to a road with a sign that says "Puyallup/Sumner Chamber of Commerce". This was actually easy to track down although I didn't need the exact spot. It's the East Pioneer Street Exit/Entrance from South State Route 512 in Puyallup. 4. The Showgirls Sign at Pike Place 5. Somewhere around a completely random strip mall We're heading to Seattle, go one county south, end up in Downtown Seattle, then we're nowhere near downtown. Death Penalty cases were extremely rare in Washington by this point. The Green River Killer, Gary Ridgway, didn't get the death penalty in the early 2000s and he was convicted of 49 murders.

The idiom, "bucket of sand" means to perform a rigorous task with no real meaning, but weighs a person down. Alternatively, it can refer to a person who is uselessly tagging along with another.
@burgersbeansandchips2 жыл бұрын
Doesn't sound like that's the right context, he's bringing a bucket of sand to his friends in the joint. I've searched but can find nothing in regards to it as prison slang, US or overseas. Closest is London Cockney rhyming slang Bag of Sand which means a thousand pounds. The context is a police chief interrogating one of his officers for a brutal and pointless murder and laying out what her future will be and how he can interfere with it. Most likely just a Seagalism.

I remember when they filmed out for justice alot of scenes were blocks from where I lived and they stored all the movie equipment in my schools yard and we could not go outside for recess. No one in the neighborhood liked Segal everyone spoke bad about him and I would hear the word asshole used alot to describe him. He came into my school to say hello one day during filming but I never met him none of us did he just stood on the stage in the autotorium and talked for a few mins then left. It always makes me laugh how some real good fellas pressed him and literally cried and begged them not to hurt him and ran to the police and then testified in open court against them that is well known and documented he can never deny that.
