Josh I respectfully would like to correct something you said about Danny’s trial. The one or more of the Jane Does DID go to police in the early stages (2003-2004) but the LA police talked to scientology reps who denied it so it never went anywhere until 2016 or ‘17.

I’ve been following the Bryan Kohlberger since the beginning. Law enforcement didn’t find the knife sheath until weeks after the murders and it only had touch DNA. Now we know Maddie was murdered first and had 56 stab wounds. That knife sheath would have been soaked in blood. I don’t believe Bryan committed these murders. How could Bryan stab 4 people on different levels of the home in 9 minutes and fight Ethan?! No DNA in his car and apartment. It just doesn’t make sense. His body language seems to say, he’s slow to anger and very passive.

You are wrong about when they found the knife sheath. It was in the bed. They just didn’t tell the press for several weeks. Don’t think you have followed this case that closely as you don’t have your facts right. Also, he had plenty of time to clean his car and apartment . I understand questioning the amount of time it took as rather fast, but you are talking about victims , 2 of which were asleep most probably, all 4 of which had probably been drinking and all of which were caught off guard. The element of surprise and confusion gives the perpetrator a tremendous advantage. I believe he totally planned this out in his mind and although it probably didn’t go according to plan because of Ethan and Zana hearing him, his adrenaline and commitment to this crime allowed him to succeed. I think you are giving him too much doubt as to committing these murders and not enough thought towards the planning that he obviously put into it and his knowledge of investigative procedures. Also you seem to not even take into account the cell phone tracking for that night and the next day and other precious tracking showing him at or near the house. Also, what about the video footage of a white Elantra. There is a huge amount of circumstantial evidence that absolutely cannot be ignored which you seem to be doing. Maybe you need to follow this more astutely and how do you explain the touch DNA?
