One example is, last week I had a puppy I bought from a kennel in Bosnia delivered to me in the States, the pet transporter who did the nanny flight with her and 3 other dogs from Serbia to Chicago- his name was Nikola Tesla, does the name ring a bell? He didnt STEAL the inventor's name, their respective parents named them the same name. Nikola is not a rare or unusual name, neither is Tesla. The only thing the "law" can do is a civil lawsuit for COPYRIGHT violation on the stolen photos, all such material is AUTOMATICALLY copyrighted to the creator upon creation in tangeable form, no registration necessary though registering can help in court to PROVE ownership.

Our son passed when I was 37.5 weeks pregnant. I said something was wrong but they checked his heartbeat n send me home. Shortly after, he passed. As far as the baby’s picture that was definitely stolen, I think there should be some type of watermark/identification on the photo that are posted. I'm in my late 60s and I grew up humble (even with having modeled for 7 yrs)...you're made to be humble or at least in my family. These picture-obsessed, mirror-loving, self-absorbed people are beyond my understanding! I have no grandchildren even though I have 3 children...but watching my siblings grandkids doing selfies all the time is really weird to me. We use to take lots of group pictures or pictures of our friends...not of ourselves! Time has sure changed hasn't it?
