Nothing weird about ending contact with police when they ask you to take a lie detector! That means you are a suspect and best thing to do is end it. Taking that lie detector does nothing for you can only hurt you. And talking can only hurt you. A cop with tunnel vision is a danger to YOU! I mean in general innocent or guilty cut talks. Cops think everything is suspicious if you cry to much or if you don’t cry enough. If you don’t help enough or if you are too helpful. Everything is twisted to make you look guilty.

The Fourth Amendment protects citizens from warrantless searches. Even though a person is innocent, it is never a good idea to give permission to search without enough probable cause for a warrant. That said, Dave is ACTING VERY GUILTY! I am so sorry for the family. This is heartbreaking. 💔
