The House of Representatives has to pass a bill , then the Senate has to vote on it , it takes 60 votes to pass , and then the president can sign it into law. Presidents want a lot of things, but if these things I listed don't happen, the president isn't going to get it. President Biden got more bills passed in 2 years (7) than trump did in 4 years (1).
