For those "Republicans" claiming that if he were convicted "they won't vote for him." So let me see. Jurors in other high stakes trials have become famous lately, tv time, 6 figure interviews and book deals. That right there is incentive enough to lie in order to get on the juror seat. Guaranteed income from divulging the inside the jury room deliberations and dirt on other jurors. I wish we had a law stating Judges/Prosecutors/Court Clerks and Jurors to mention a few could never profit directly or indirectly from a trail they were on by selling books or interviews. Some of these trials I think are being done, knowing they will fail. But for those bringing it, it means millions in book deals and other income. Simply from bringing the charges.

It's important that jurors be questioned to find impartiality. A person with hostility toward the defendant must be objected to. The defense needs to be doing that to find out each jurors strong beliefs that may affect the outcome for how a case is decided. If they are putting up a false front, it needs to be found out if that's a juror who is there to steer the outcome by their interactions in the jury meetings.
