There's nothing to investigate. Short selling is legit and is allowed on the stock exchanges. It's Trump who is setting up his suckers and losers by telling them to transfer their shares to an entity where it might take days for them to transfer their paper shares into digital ability to sell the stock and when Trump and other dump their stock all at once to get the best prices they can, the little dollar retail sellers who put their shares into Trump's deposit company or whatever the heck he is calling it will be screwed to high Heaven and back.
