As a retired RN who did a lot of work in Geriatrics, this man has described exactly and precisely what "I" see in both Trump and Biden. To distill his observations to a very fine point he says this: "Biden has an aging brain". "Trump has a 'dementing'(sic) brain." That is exactly what I am seeing also. Biden is slowing down (mentally and physically), while Trump is deteriorating.(mentally) There is an important difference. Although Biden is slowing down, his cognitive skills are still intact.
