In this segment we are watching now they are talking about how the national guard was going to be deputized. You obviously have no clue about how the National Guard works. (1) they're in the labor pool just like most others, working non-military jobs. (2) they are routinely called up for disaster relief, and (3) they are prohibitted by law from engaging in law enforcement within the US, including immigration law. Note that the prohibition is "within the US", not "against US citizens"

The problem is that previous administrations of both parties have for decades turned a blind eye to some undocumented Latinos as, having no Green card, they provided an excellent very cheap workforce, very beneficial to the US economy. This was especially true in farming communities and the hospitality sector as they did jobs US citizens would not,.e.g. picking fruit and cleaning at unsociable hours. There may be difficulties filing their jobs unless employers come up with big pay rises which will, of course, cascade down to the consumer as increased prices.
