Every jail phone call is monitored I did 4 months in Connecticut 6 years back or so and there was ppl literally put in solitary as a punishment fir communicating with ppl on the outside who they had no contact orders with. Even if the other party voluntarily was willing to talk to them it doesn't matter if there is a restraining order or no contact order they monitor for every little thing. You don't think a prison will hear an attempted assain talking about large sums of money and not do shit?
