I think why you weren't drawing your flame imps is because they decided to form their own, flame imp only deck.

The probability of not drawing a flame imp if you mulligan all four cards going second is .267, so about 1 in 4 games where you go second, you will get no flame imps even if you mulligan all four. (26/30)*(25/29)*(24/28)*(23/27)*(22/26)*(21/25)*(20/24)*(19/23)=0.267

Hearthstone really needs to fix that cards on the board moving around thing. Like holy crap how is that hard to fix. Give each card on the board an integer value of 1-7 for their place on the board, and increment/decrement it when other cards are played

The problem with that bug is huge. As a lot of classes rely on positioning. Shaman and anyone fighting a rogue or a mage needs positioning to not get screwed over.

Lol it isn't anywhere close to that simple. I would imagine it has a deque structure to it as you need to be able to add to the front and the back. For the most part seems pretty simple but there are so many variations of ways to change the location of cards on the board that a few cases get missed resulting in something being placed incorrectly but after they are seen they can be fixed. On top of that no matter how they handled the cards on the board or what structure they used. There is a large amount of fine details that aren't simple to handle. If it was simple I can guarantee you that you wouldn't see the bug, but because its still there means its a very difficult thing to guarantee for every single possible case that can happen to the board. :)

That was a pretty sick draft. Did you ever play MTG on the pro scene? Just curious. Personally I still like MTG better (much more balanced for one thing) but the upcoming single player add-on looks fantastic and since Duels of the Planeswalkers is still crap (I don't think hasbro will ever allow wotc to make a F2P version of MTG, MTGO makes too much money) I pretty much have to turn to this game for my TCG fix. Not that I dislike the game, I just question a lot of Blizzard's decisions. Great plays btw! I found it kinda funny though how you hardly ever used your Juggler XD

Blizzard wants to keep it casual to attract a large audience. The only problem is they're focusing more on 'casual CCG' than they are balance. That's basically it in a nutshell.

GorillaBorg I noticed that both of Blizzard's new games Heart of the Swarm and Hearthstone are casual versions of popular games in their genres, not a bad plan since MTG is really complicated (to me at least) and HOTS does a really good job of introducing objective based gameplay to new MOBA players

Can i get a question answered, i know there was the visual bug back then, but how come that happened. Situation is: 23:42 he summons both of them on the right side of the board and you can actually see his mouse move there. The Golem is still on the right side, and the berserker keeps dancing around. The berserker is still on the right side. So how come at 25:09 sunfury gives the berserker the taunt and why not the golem? And why would trump want to taunt the berserker.....or is it still the visual bug...i don't get it.

Malancas Alin Im pretty sure it applies a priority system, so if you have a stonecla and a jungle panther with taunt i thin you're required to hit the stoneclaw first, then the panther (assuming he can't get any more normal taunts up)

mangalabg Both are quite bad really, but the elven archers 1 damage battlecry can be quite useful on the board, dealing damage to the hero is not a huge deal compared to tempo or card control, also having 1 health makes it very vulnerable to a large amount of hero abilities and other low cost minions, which causes you to fall behind in the amount of cards you have

It still can't be attacked, it's considered to just be stealth until it comes out of stealth. Once it attacks it's taunt is in effect.

tiotito31 you are wrong. life shouldn't really matter when you play a warlock anyways or you are doing it wrong (because you lose your hero abbility which essentially is the only big advantage you get from this class)

You give up one resource (health) to gain another resource: Tempo with the 1 mana 3/2, Card advantage with the life tap.

Flame imp is a fantastic card, the 3 damage doesn't matter at all early game, however 4 can either give you an easy win, or a quick loss.

Hero health is just a resource in this game. And early game, it's usually a lot less important of a resource than others (tempo, board control, card advantage etc.) In fact, in game, one way to recognize a player new to the game (or just not great at it...) is his overreaction to him or the opponent taking a few points of damage. Flame imp is one of the agro warlock's best cards :)
