The main point of purchasing omega 3 for Veg source is the DHA only which is extremely small in veg diet. ALA AND EPA we can get from walnuts but DHA just doesn't convert much. Please go for level 2 testing and show us if it is veg based or not and heavy metal report too. Thanks
