The best Sirui review ever :D. I agree, 95% of ppl do not need anamorphic. But actually SIRUI are so affordable and small, that I got one just for fun :D. Now I'm kinda torn, cause I do now know which one to get ... E or L mount (in case of 50mm).

L-mount probably better for anamorphic right now because of open gate but I think if you are in the long game get Sony.

Im 36 and my son was diagnosed with 16p11.2. I found out that I do too 😅 when they tested me and my wife. I didn't feel anything wrong growing up. Were all just different, unique in our own ways that's all.

Good for reminding us that we are also "dush bags" for buying into all the hype about some must have gear, LUTS 29.99$ etc. Sirui 50mm full-frame: some beautiful shots of your son at home and the dancing scenes... an incredible lens indeed ! Expensive if not used more than 5 x a year indeed - a pragmatic comment helping us to be realistic ! The cheaper Sirui APSC anamorphic lenses suit hobby timers more. Tried one ? For an "autistic" , "half-blind" and Asian dush-bag... you're doing really well... : ) We do all seem to appreciate your honest and modest presentations ! Thanks again ! Mike

In my world spectrum disorders generally outperform (computer geek). The ability to socialize and fit in is not the gift it is made out to be. I love the anamorphic look. My bifocals kicked in about the same range and I am as white as they come. I'm tempted to buy a cheap anamorphic lens for my S23 just for fun. The S23 Ultimate Camera has a surprisingly good camera if you have lots of light. Maybe better than my a6300.

Do you recommend them on the apsc? I know sirui have the apsc anamorphic but I really love the neutral flare and the size on this full frame anamorphic.

Hi, this nice video review is what I looked for a long time. Do you recommend this lens for music videography? Especially for rap music? I already have 20mm, 28-75mm, 35 mm and 70-200mm primes f1.8 and zooms f2.8. Also I already have Ninja Atomos monitor so I can see de-squeeze. I watch long time anamorphic lenses and I like the look and I don't mean flares and bokeh only. Thanks for answer.
