Let me congratulate you for finding the legit, genuine and no hanky panky bike fitter. I guarantee you will benefit from his bike fit. I have friends who have undergone his fitting and have nothing but praises. One friend even had his second fit from him finding the first from another “fitter kuno” nothing but a sham. Mr. Ilagan’s interview session alone takes about 20 mins. which gives him a bit of history of the fitness level of his client. How ridiculous can one do it and finish bike fitting in 10-15 mins. then proceed to biomechanics which is plain and simple ... “ensayo”. All serious bikers do that anyway.

One thing that is positive in todays' environment (anything I can think of) is, science is mixed into almost all physical activity we take ourselves into. This one in Cycling, Wow, imagine how our past champion riders' history would be like kung may ganito na noong panahon nila. Long process for sure but a big help for every rider, especially if you have the means to try this. Anyway, hopefully matapos na itong pandemic and magamit mo na Eloi Everyone itong mga ito. Frederick is the best because he loves what he does hindi sya pera pera lang and lahat ng ginagawa nya is based on years of studies and experience from professional bike fitters around the world. He does not invent words such as "biomechanical, posture muscle, etc." The money i spent was well worth it coz after the bike fit i was able to do the audax 200 without any pain on any part of my body Plus hindi ako laspag. Aside from that after ng bikefit wala na gastos sa stem, handlebar, saddle shoes pedals pwera na lang sympre wheelset haha! So, should you get a bike fit from fred? A definite yes! Worth every penny! Gusto mo magwaldas ng pera?, dun ka sa 15 minutes bike fit, pero sigurado pupunta ka din kay boss martin. Hehe

ngayon ko lang nalaman na pati diet, kasama pala sa questionnaire nang bike fitting. This is a very informative interview. Unfortunately, as partially deaf, I am having hard time with the audio. Siguro, coz of the setup or what not. But, I can somehow understand naman. Kodus sayo Maamsh Eloi. OO nga pala, you can add this Q and A segment mo, as a content getting to know other bikers, athletes as guests. And this could also lead to your own podcast(if time permits you to have one).

Jojo Lirio No offense, I suggest to use a lapel mic so better audio quality... the audio of Fred is “lubog” or weak i suggest get a directional or boom mic like Boya so its cheaper. All you have ti do is point it. I can help your set up.
