Brilliant video,stupid question I know the idea why people work back and bis together, but why not back and Tris so they get the double the volume between workouts? how you going with the weight vest mate,

Thanks matt, I must admit I'm loving the vest, loving the burn and loving the results so far. Certainly added some great variation. I guess it's the old ad-age of grouping the biomechanical pull muscles together. Pre-exhausting and secondary muscle incorporation benefits. All that being said, I think it's good to simply "what are my three main weak points?" And prioritise around them. Are you still on the same training split?

@@fitnessfreedomathletes yeah still on the same split, but really amped up the volume, so another 6 weeks then I change, I typically change every 12 weeks, as I get bored with doing the same thing, I did buy press up handles this week and loving them, as I'm trying to get a bit more fast twitch muscles fibres happening esp with my press ups helps me average 150-200 press ups in reps of 25-30

Hey, just found out about your youtube channel. I'm interester in taking one of your courses. I've had a TRX for some time now but never really understood how to properly use it, also was sick a couple weeks back and feel weak. Now i want to start building muscle and bulking up. Im 177, 70KG, want to go for 80kg. What course should i start at? Thank you!
