I found your channel just a month ago and it's a really good workout. I've been at the gym and nowadays I'm working out at home. This lesson is amazing and was great found someone real at the end of this circuit

That is a tough one! But I did appreciate the easier transitions. Thank you for your workouts. I have an issue with my right wrist and pushups on the straps are much less of a strain

My favorite routine, I've been using this instruction for 4 weeks now, 20 sessions and my strength not to mention explosivness running stairs, has taken minutes off my time. Hope to keep improving. TRX can be done anywhere.
