Dear Marsha, I have been watching your videos from the time that you had only a few hundred subscribers and am so happy that the numbers are increasing. You have no idea how your videos and exercises have helped me get fitter, lose weight and enjoy my workout,especially your TRX ones. Few years ago I went through a late stage Breast cancer and the whole treatment and medication messed me up. I owe you a big thank you as you have helped me. Unlike many videos that are posted by 20 year olds, you are a professional and aware of people's needs. A lady with a great family so that people can relate to. I live in London and wished that one day I could come to your classes. At some point your exercise got too difficult for me but I watch them anyway. Your TRX's are truly fantastic. I will always follow you and wanted you to know what an important role you have played in my wellbeing. Thank you . Ladan

Was that a mid row or a high row?

For my high row I usually lift my elbow so it's higher than my shoulder. That's why I call this one mid.
