Warm Up (5 Minutes)
Set 1:
TRX Chest Press/TRX Low Row/TRX Rotational Ward
Set 2:
TRX Triceps Press/TRX High Biceps Curls/TRX Resisted Rotation
Set 3:
TRX Chest Fly/TRX Supine Chest Raises/TRX Kneeling Roll Out (knees one side)
Set 4:
TRX Pull-Ups/TRX Push-Ups/TRX Mt. Climbers
Stretch:
Low Back/Standing Chest & Torso
