Dear Juice & Toya. i do your workouts 3/4 times a week & seeing my body alter. i also walk 4 miles most days. Some fitness experts say cardio burns fat, others that only strength training does. i'm not interested in calories, just fat. I’m not sure if you guys are still open to suggestions but here’s one: I love your videos but I personally struggle with form on some exercises and/or breathing properly too. Unsure if you guys already made a video like this so please point me in the right direction. I like the preview of the next workout you guys already do but sometimes I feel like i’m not hitting the right muscle group you highlight in the muscle man image. So guided breathing and form touch ups would help a lot!
