For the people saying he didnt deserve to be fired over this. This scandal has tainted the reputation of the whole company. It has threatened brand deals and any possible projects that may come up in the future. He didnt just make a mistake, he threatened the welfare of the entire company. That alone is grounds for separation. Reputation is EVERYTHING in their line of work and he tainted that. Them totally cutting him off is the best thing they can do. Legally I dont think they can fire Alex unless its somewhere in their contract. Most likely she wont stay there even if they didnt fire her as the dynamic is totally messed up and everyone prob hates her.

@@eddis6283 she's actually a producer as well and apparently they don't have a dedicated HR department but I can guarantee you they will probably get one after this there is a power Dynamic there but for me I don't personally think that it really made that much of a difference in this situation as they are both grown adults with partners of their own they were not on the same level at work but she was a high-ranking producer at the time and I'm not saying that the power Dynamic didn't have anything to do with it there's not really enough information at this time but I personally don't believe that he used his power to persuade her into getting into an affair with him I think she did it on her own
