he wanted to do that with brandon harding afaik, but the dude dropped him as a coach. so he should probably do a 500k give away for maybe even 3 subscriber, so it's not like "well you chose someone on PED's obviously i can't do it" i mean, it IS a lot of work for him, to do coach 3 people for free, but i think the resonance would just pay off quadrouple times. would probably increase his yt channel too, cause all people wanna see is transformation. and if he has 3 "test subjects" for his coaching that would just blow up is channel imo

ya that is steep for a digital book. I went to the link to see maybe its a thick paper book. nope over "100 recipes", hell Rachael Ray's hardcover cookbooks are about $20. but hey if people are buying it good for him.

GD often says that it's steep since he views it as a donation, not as just a product in itself

I'll be honest Greg, i found out your channel 2 days ago and I've watched like 10 videos already. Mainly videos on sarms and steroids (I'm doing Oxandrolone 20mg/day). Your advice is spot on and reasonable, except for the fasting aspect. I eat once a day after workout and feel fantastic, also I'm not hungry and I'm in a deficit. Anyways, thanks for the quality content. I'm in this for the long term, both lifting and decent eating habits. I'll definitely prepare this week some anabolic French toast (whole eggs though). Take care

I love how Greg pounds "calories in, calories out" into the ground. People are always trying to make it more difficult than it should be by looking for some woo woo magic bs. You know the only people who should be concerned with macros? Bodybuilders. And bodybuilders account for every calorie they put in their mouth during competition season. The average shlub? Just count your calories. It's not that hard. You know where your money's at, for chrissake... Know where your calories are at.

Coach Greg.....for beginners yoga is a good way to get into working out! When I lost the amount of weight that I needed to lose and then decided to start working out I went for yoga and it was HARD. It requires A LOT of strength and flexibility, which most newbies don't have. I couldn't even do ONE pushup, and I wasn't FAT, I was 40lbs overweight, lost 50lbs and then realized that I was TERRIBLY out of shape. I couldn't have jumped right into intense workouts because I didn't have the strength. Yoga helps me to build strength so that I CAN do pushups, pullups, crunches, planks etc. It's not going to make you lose 100lbs or anything, but it IS useful for a lot of people for a lot of different reasons.
