Im black and my hair loved the gentle and smooth one, I didn't get the moisturizing bottle cause it has protein in it, i have low porosity, protein sensitive hair. The gentle one made my hair soft and silky, and smooth my hair feels smooths and soft . I also deep condition with them with heat for 20 mins. Sometimes these products need heat to penetrate in your hair shaft to actually see if it works.i didn't get the shampoo by accident, I prefer softening shampoo.i think it was the protein that stripped your hair

I’m glad you didn’t get the moisture one becuase I’ve heard it makes your hair fall out and I hate seeing people use a bad shampoo/conditioner and ruining their hair

What may not work for someone, may work for some one else. Everyone's hair is different. I tried the conditioner and I loved it and I used the gentle line 😊

Just a heads up! SLS (which is on the bottle, which you read out) means sulfate! So no, it doesn't contain sulfates. If you're doing a review on shampoo for KZbin, Google what things on the packaging actually mean, because if you knew what SLS meant, you would have known it was sulfates. Not being mean, but it's just something you should get into the habit of doing when making a video informing us. 😋 Like, you need to know your product if you're telling us about it. Especially something that's on the front of the bottle.

My hair looked great after the shampoo. I had been trying several shampoos for months and nothing was working. I have very delicate hair. I rarely use heat and I get split ends easily. But this shampoo actually helped me! Conditioner worked great to. I have thin hair and easily gets weighed down by conditioners. This has been a savior for my hair.

I don’t mind my hair too much but my scalp needs moisture and I heard this product is good for your scalp so… my only question Was your scalp dry or moisturized? If it was moisturized I’ll just use it for my scalp and a diff for my hair. Tysm ^^

Hmmm that's a good question lol I have the same problem! Found out I have low porosity hair so it's a struggle for me. Lately I've been using Brioego shampoo, conditioner, and mask...pricey but worth it!

I add coconut oil to ALL of my conditioners for additional moisture

My dad bought this for me and now I feel bad cause idk what to do with it, cause my dad spent money on the shampoo and conditioner..it kinda smells like mens perfume and I'm not big on it..I'm also a teen and have one prone skin so if it has sulfate thats a big NAH for me. This looks like a shampoo you're people would be into use of the aesthetic of the bottle but yet it does harm for our skin SO idk what the positives of this brands products are sadly :(
