I didn't see any metalcore, but I do see how some of these can be construed as such. Where'd you get hardcore from tho? Admittedly I don't listen to a lot of metalcore, save for a few classics, but I do listen to hardcore regularly and I don't see any of that here> Could be wrong tho. Not that great with genres Edit: OH yeah, and despite not being that big of an obituary fan, that fucking redneck stomp riff... I wish they'd come to AL

I genuinely wish I liked a lot of this, but it legit puts me to sleep. I really want to get the intended reaction from it, but it just doesn't usually do anything for me. I do really like deathdoom and such, though. I just have to be in a very specific mood for the faster songs to get my blood pumping. I also haveto listen to it a lot

what bands would you recommend as deathdoom? I'm thinking about Asphyx, but I'm not sure if that's accurate

@lh fabiano admittedly. I haven't looked at a lot. The stuff I have seen is really good tho. Asphyx, hooded menace, paradise lost, autopsy's album "mental funeral, and my personal favorite; bolt thrower's album "the IVth crusade". There's probably so much more, but I've been listening to more hardcore punk stuff lately than metal (I like what I like idc if I'm a poser)
