Great... Could you also tell something easy and effective for foot soles and ankles... When it hurts after standing for long hours in the kitchen... especially for overweight middle aged people! Thanks

Yes, this is something I've been looking for. Now that I'm in my 40s I can't stand as long as I used to without my heels hurting. I just recently started having pain in my lower leg/upper foot and I realized it's inflammation, probably caused by all those years standing without proper shoes.

@@AmnaNoor366 shoes are very important. I realized that if i wear the right footwear i dont have issues. Maybe try different soles?

@@matildarx I used to just wear flip flops around the house but the pain got bad enough last year that I got an expensive pair with thick cushioning. It helps on days where I'm not standing quite so much but when I end up on my feet longer than usual it feels like it does nothing. Someone had suggested arch supports because I've also had a recurring pain in my right arch. It actually hurt to wear them so I gave up. I'm thinking now my only option is to get my husband to get me a barstool to sit on at least while I'm doing all my kitchen prep.

I feel as if I continue to sleep on this air mattress, my back will die so I needed this, although I don't have a kitchen. Have to figure something out and I will be going to an exercise program that works with muscles so hopefully that works. I also will need physical therapy for my posture. In the meantime, hopefully I can utilize a wall for this.

❤ my WeShape trial is about to end. I have Spina Bifida in the lower lumbar. This means I was born with a condition. It sucks that I have to pay for something that's really expensive, when I never asked for this. I never asked to be born this way. Getting old is different. That's something that happens to everyone, but being disabled is something that happens to some. Disabled people shouldn't have to pay for this. No one is looking out for us. We have to take our health into our own hands. This isn't fair. It's just not.xoxo

I am sorry you're dealing with your condition. Watch his videos and otheres on You Tube for free. He and otheres give free suggestions and how-tos frequently. We all have our challenges. We all are responsible for ourselves. Wishing you rhe best.

Poor poor baby. I didn't ask for arthritis in every joint since I was 16, a hysterectomy that was messed up, or cancer but it happened to me. You play the hand your dealt to the best of you ability. Get over it and get on with getting on. If you know your routine just do it, and quit belly aching.
