That double redondo is super cool when staggered and when at the same time you spin the body 360!

Love these intermediate-level solo exercises! Thank you Paul! Quick question for you...how would you explain the difference between a circular 2 and a reverse 1? or circular 1 and reverse 2?

This is great! Thank you! I've been doing kali off and on for years now and am so glad I have your site. I'm looking into transitioning into bolo training, are there any that you would recommend?
@kalicenter4 жыл бұрын
Wonderful! Are you asking for live bolo, trainer bolo of both?
@brandimccormick10534 жыл бұрын
@@kalicenter for right now I was looking into purchasing training bolos, preferably ones that have a little weight and was wondering what you would recommend.

Thumbs up, subscribe 👍👍 Allways I'm want learn how to use two sticks in one time 😁😁 Couple weeks ago I'm have a bad confrontation with man with knife. On my lucky I can use clothing to self defense. But this bad situation geave me kick to start learning some martial arts. After looking something easy to learn I'm find your channel and I'm impressed how one martial arts style can cover more than only one technique. Philippines martial art in one time learn how to self defense and fight in one time😁 Today I'm make my Arnis stick from steel tube wrapped electric tape. Weight is about half kilo or more each but is for free and only this I'm have. Off course i don't mind is heavy for me better 😁 Now time start training baisic one and two stick drills. Many thank for your channel and time to schow how to use them 👍👍 Not too many people do this. Regarads. P. S Sorry my English ✌

Does the Kali/ Escrima Sticks have a particular animal/ animal style they represent (such as how ~6ft Staff represents monkey or Sword represents dragon in many eastern styles)?

Hmmm just wondering, is crossada the same as gunting or is there a difference?
@kalicenter4 жыл бұрын
Yes, Pretty much.
@alekskristi52684 жыл бұрын
always thought of crosada as the "cause" and gunting as the "effect". you do crosada which leads to a gunting. i am most certainly wrong though
