Ingredients list:
One piece of tender tofu about 283 grams, seven small green vegetables about 320 grams, appropriate amount of shrimp skin, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, two tablespoons of cornstarch, appropriate amount of olive oil, about 600 ml of water
Tofu is rich in nutrients, bokchoy contain vitamins, and dried shrimps contain calcium. Tofu and Bokchoy dried Shrimp soup is nutritionally balanced and low in calories.
