I tried it, and it really works, my arms got significantly bigger after only a few weeks of this routine, and half a year in now, got 8cm more arm circumference. I do it before showering to not go to bed covered in sweat and with 140 bpm hearth rate and didn't have difficulty sleeping. RIP big man and thanks for the advice

I am already doing this. I do 3 sets of 1000 reps. Only 5kgs dumbells. 10 exercises of 100 reps each. By every mean just complete 1000. Then one small song rest and start again. Mostly workout of wrestlers. My target is 8000.

Pro tip: after these 3 sets, drive to the gym and bang out 200 heavy squats in 5 minutes. Then I recommend that you max out on deficit deadlifts. Just 20 singles. Nothing crazy. Finish with 3 tri sets for chest. Incline bench + pec dec + weighted chest dip. High reps, high weight. Keep your rest to about 15 seconds. Finish off with a 2 mile run on the treadmill at max incline followed by 10 rounds of max effort suicide sprints. It's a good way to wind down before bed. Do this EVERYnight and I GUARANTEE that he will sleep longer than you ever imagined possible.

sorry to disappoint you but it's really not how you think it is... your hands don't pain if you use such a light weight, it only PUMPS up your muscles and makes it look big and tight but it doesn't pain once you complete all the sets he mentioned... you will feel as normal after 6-7 mins of rest as you did before you started your exercise...

@@maffbuckley600 yea that's why use light weight... light for me won't be light for you... but the concept is to use light weights for immensely high reps... it will only pump the muscles and make it look big after the workout but will squeeze back to it's earlier size but it will make your muscles used to lifting heavy weights in the gym or otherwise and as a result it will help you grow your arms... because ultimately heavy lifting helps your grow...

He’s a great guy, although he is challenged. He was pestering Rich Piana on social media, and I believe he ‘took it too far’ by mentioning Rich’s family. It was left, online, at that point. The influencer guy, can’t recall his name now, approached Rich Piana at an event, and Rich recognised him. They shook hands, Justin apologised, and Rich accepted the apology. While their hands are still connected, while they’re still smiling, Rich says, “I kind of still feel like I owe you something.. do you want to have a little slapfight?” Justin is visibly afraid, and refuses, Rich presses, Justin accepts, and Rich proceeds to slap the Fck right out of him, full force, heavy hands, a few times, I don’t think Justin hit him back once. You can pause the video and look at Rich, he looks manic. This is not a professional response to the situation, it is completely unacceptable. To consider someone who is impaired, to be similar to you, enough that you take offence to their words, just shows what Rich thought of himself. I would allow someone with Down’s syndrome to think or believe, whatever they wanted to, about me. I have no idea the struggles in their life. This comment just made me laugh, Rich Piana was a moron. Probably even during brother! Steroids alone would not be able to compensate for that kind of over training!! You have to use insulin and growth hormone like he was and even then I'm pretty sure you have nothing but tendonitis! It's ridiculous to train a muscle everyday like that. Steroids and growth hormone don't make you recuperate that fast!!

I told my daughter I'm going to start doing this routine. I'm 54 and for the last 20 years have pretty much been a couch potato. This means I have muscles with about as much strength as cooked spaghetti would have if it tried to stand up straight. Knowing this, I made sure to tell her to dial 911 on the 10th rep. That way when reps 11 and 12 hit me in the face, and, exercise time is over, all she has to do is let me lay there and cry while we wait for the ambulance together.

Bet you didn’t look like him. Pumping blood into the arm like that gives you a pump. Doesn’t make you bigger. Once you have caused muscle stimulation and can be done in one set your good. Not multiple sets. If that’s the case then lift for 6hrs instead of 1/2hrs. You won’t get any bigger. So cranking out shit load of reps lol is a waste of time.
