If you guys want to see results fast i recommend you do it twice a day, after meals, or any spare time you have throughout the day. But you can also do it whenever you want as long as you do it once a day. 🤗

I have done day one and remind me to do other days toooo and I will try to do these everysingle day with no brakes. And I will also do results and how they felt if anyone wanted this lmao. 1✅ overall felt easy and didn't get me tired and do not feel sore so that's good. 2✅ today was a little bit harder and felt a little more tiring and a little tender from yesterday but overall felt okay again. I haven't checked to see if any difference has happened since yesterday. bear in mind Im only doing this once a day. 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14

this youtuber is great for weight loss without gaining muscle and many people who do her workouts have had changes in their body figure! everyone is different and results do vary though. To keep the results permanent you would have to keep regularly doing the workout. You could skip one or two days. I hoped this helped you! You have got this :D

you'd probably have to do them all to see the results quicker and in all the areas but you would probably still see some change even with just the first 9 exercises. hope this helped!

-this comment is NOT for negative reasons, but i’m really curious and i’m looking for answers from experts- I’ve been doing your workout -not this one but all the workout were from your channel-, and i did some diet at first, and i lost 7kg during 4 months, so i decided to take a break, but then i noticed that my body is starting to get back to the way it was before slowly, and idk why is that or what to do? Can you talk about this problem and give solutions to it please? And THANK YOU SO MUCH for your hard work, with all the workouts i did in year i’ve NEVER notice a big change in my body like how your workouts did! I’m always supporting you 🤍🤍

Weightloss depends on 30% exercise and 70% diet. Loosing weight is easier, but sustaining it is difficult. Weightloss can be sustained can only by changing habits and lifestyle. Going on diets which we cannot sustain for longer term will not help us.
