@@taetae5145 hiii ik you didn't ask me but i did this workout and another 5mn abs workout from Lily Sabri and i was so shocked ! I didn't change my diet :) And if you wanna lose weight then do it, you will not be disappointed 😊

@@taetae5145 of course you need to change your diet. You lose weight by calories deficit, so if you consume more calories than you burn then you wouldn't lose anything no matter what workout you do! The key here is to eat healthy and try to track your calories intake. So if you eat about 500 calories fewer than what your body needs to maintain its weight and did this exercise you will lose up to 1kg per week depending on your metabolism.

it's been seven days, i do three workouts of her (this, the slim arms one, n the thigh for beginners) exercises, along with a fasting diet. i went from 70 kg to 66 kg in just 7 days. it's fantastic

@@Mithiiii_it’s not if ur over weight - because water weight can itself be up to 5 pounds( that’s why when uh workout in the start uh loose more weight )

Guys I see many of you in the comments saying you didn't lose as much weight as expected or some of you even gaining weight. If you only do this, its not enough. You need to have a minimum of 1 hour of exercise daily it can be as easy as just walking or jogging or harder exercises also control your diet so that it fits YOU. Your diet should fit as in how active are you, your daily schedule, your metabolism, etc. Everyone has a different daily schedule and different metabolism rates so our body reacts to the food differently. Also keep in mind that you eat food for energy, not for no reason. I used to be like that too when I would eat for no reason even though I was full and had a lot of energy. Its most likely because you are bored so think about something else apart from food and have self control. Also the thing about eating breakfast daily is not really true because unless you are actually hungry you don't NEED to eat breakfast if you aren't hungry. This is why that food you eat instead of using it for energy it gets stored in as fat which now you would burn which is really unnecessary to you. So unless you are active you shouldn't be eat that much considering your physical activity level also considering that we are living during covid we are not as active as before yet we still eat just as much as we used to to leading you to gaining weight. Anyways be positive about yourself, eat healthy and well, stay hydrated and take care!!

I will try this challenge. Weight: 53kg Aim: 51kg DAY 1: ☑️ DAY 2: ✅ DAY 3: ☑️ DAY 4: ✅ DAY 5: ☑️ DAY 6: ✅ DAY 7: ☑️ I've done 7-day practice with this exercise. Actually, I also did this along with her slim arm and leg exercises. After 7 days, I lost 0.5kg from 53kg - > 52.5kg. What makes me surprising is my arm lost 2 size, from 31 to 29. I'm really happy with that. I will try more and maybe comeback after a month. Thank youuuu

i have been doing this workout for several days now because the arm slimming exercise has become too easy for me now. i haven't really tracked the changes in my weight tho im surprised to see that some of my shorts and bottoms are fitting me nicely again. what i love about this exercise is how much it makes my body tired/sleepy by the end of the day because im an insomniac. since i started this workout and if i do this in the morning or at least before 3pm, I feel incredibly sleepy by 9pm to 10pm. it has rly regulated my sleeping patterns.

gonna start today: weight: 55kg goal: 53kg day 1: ✅ day 2: ✅ day 3: couldn't do it bc I wasn't at home :(( gonna make up for it later day 4: ✅ day 5: ✅ update: the thing I love about this workout the most is that I don't feel sore after doing it, I definitely feel the change in my stomach and thighs, I will update y'all about my weight when I finish doing it for a week :) day 6: ✅ day 7: ✅ current weight: 54.5 so yeah I lost 0.5 in a week (keep in mind I ate normally, no diet, but no junk food tho)

Tbh, this workout is awesome. i've done it for half a year, and i lost about 15 kg, from 74kg to 58kg. This exercise definitely works, u just need to stick with it!

starting from today!! 71,6 kg day 1 - done day 2 - done day 3 - done day 4 - done upd. I got sick so I can't keep doing this but I've already lost like 1 kg and I'm going to return to trainings when I get better Take care of yourself and don't give up!!

I did these exercises for almost a week(6-5 days). So, it helped me when I ate a lot of food. After these exercises my weight didn't go up. When I ate salads and healthy food my weight ‘went away’. Start: 44,1 kg End: 43.1kg Never drink too much water at night or during a workout!

Day 1:✅ Day 2:✅ Day 3:✅(-0,7kg) Day 4:✅ Day 5:✅(my collarbones are much more visible than on the first day) Day 6:✅ I saw this afternoon that I have 3 cm more in my thighs than before I started exercising. My stomach is a bit bigger now and I don't know where it comes from. I think I will finish doing these exercises, tomorrow morning I will weigh myself and tell if at least the weight has decreased Day 7: my weight: 1st day: 61.1 kg Today: 61.5-61.6 kg

@@Sondos_3 You won't feel your abdominal muscles too much, because these exercises shed more fat than those muscles build. I saw the effects in appearance very quickly and these are the perfect exercises to lose weight

I will start doing these exercises tomorrow and will update after 7 days. My weight in 14.03: 58 K"g. My weight today (21.03): 56.6 k"g. Those exercises work like magic. @@taehyungsnicepaprika8017 tbh I stopped doing this workout and started again this week! Yes it works, but to burn more calories and speed up to process, I recommend growwithjo’s burn 600 calories workout. It’s way better than this

Before: Waist: 31 inches ig Right arm: 13 inches Left arm 12.5 inches Weight: 59 kg Day 1: ✅️ 14:51 this was the hardest hard I wasn't able to move my arms and legs at the same time Day 2: ✅️ it was hard.. Day 3: ✅️ the last exercise killed me 😭 Day 4 (after a break): ✅️ Day 5: ✅️ Day 6: ✅️ Day 7: ✅️ After: Waist: 29 inches Right arm: 12 inches Left arm 11.5 inches Weight: 58.5 kg I am really happy with the results, I did do any diet,, I can feel the difference

Weight: 47 Kg Goal: 46 Kg I do eat a lot of junk food- so if I don't get results that's why. Day 1: I used to do Chloe Ting workouts before, and those were so hard. Peso: 50 kilos Objetivo: 45 Día 1: 👍 ( no me sentí tan cansada mas bien me llene de energía) Día 2: 👍 ( no puede contenerme y de cena me comí 4 panes con mantequilla TT) Día 3: 👍 ( reporte del día: parece que el mundo conspira en contra mía, hoy mi mamá trajo pollo a la braza con queque y gaseosa, me sentí muy culpable además las piernas me dolían pero cuando llego la hora de los ejercicios me volví a llenar de energía también volvió mi motivación :D) Día 4: 👍 ( me siento mas delgada me pese pero sigo pesando lo mismo, a todos los que están haciendo esto conmigo ¡Continuemos!) Día 5: 👍 ( e ganado equilibrio, me duelen las piernas :< ) Día 6: 👍 ( falta un día mas :D) Día 7: 👍 Día 8: 👍 ( no e podido pesarme :( pero ya no me duelen las piernas :D ) Día 9: 👍 ( Peso 49 :D no hice ninguna dieta pero eso si aumente el ejercicio) Día 10: 👍 ( Bueno seguiré haciendo los ejercicios pero solo actualizare los comentarios cuando baje de peso, hoy es 1 de Abril)

ببدا اليوم:لو سمحتو لو في عرب حطو لايك عشان ما انسى احط صح لاني بستمر هالمره وبقولكم تجربتي بالتفصيل ووش اكلت ووش سويت....... وزني:51 الهدف:47 اليوم الاول:✅ اليوم الثاني:✅ اليوم الثالث:✅ اليوم الرابع:✅ اليوم الخامس:✅ اليوم السادس:..... اليوم السابع:✅ يوم التوزين\كان 51 صار 49 نزلت 2 كيلو ب7 ايام لاني ماكنت اتبع نظام اكل محدد بس كنت اكل ثلاث وجبات وسناك بين كل وجبه ووجبه 4 ساعات وجبة العشاء تكون خفيفه وكلها بروتين بعد الرياضه تاكلينها ونصيحه اتبعي نظام اكل مرتب ونوم صحي لان بتنزلين 6 او 5 كيلو ب7 ايام انتهى ببدا برياضه جديده.......

That's coz I stopped doing this workout coz of exams😢 but I'm jumping ropes everyday and currently my weight is 47.8kg and I'm even taller nowwwww. So I definitely recommend y'all to do this workout alongside other workout that would collectively help you

Just challanging myself to be consistent with this for a week. Starting weight: 65kg. Day 1 - Done. Day 2 - Done. Day 3 - Done. Day 4 - Done. Day 5 - Done. Day 6 - Done. Day 7 - Done. After first week: 64kg, although I didn't really diet this week. I think I'll keep doing this but this time with a proper diet and I'll try to exercise at least 1 hour a day.

I’ve been doing this workout(+ two others for my legs) since Tuesday and- NO. JOKE.- I’ve gone from 192 down to 184! I’ve been on a very healthy diet- only eating a small breakfast, a fruit for lunch and a small dinner ! This DEFINITELY works so if you’re thinking about trying it JUST DO IT 💕

🥑I've been struggling a lot with my mental health lately and I had this video downloaded for so long. 🌿I always said that I will start it tomorrow but uk how that turns out when you are going through anxiety and stress. 🌞I am doing only this workout as I don't want to overwhelm myself. I will also add weights (1kg each) wherever I can. 💫Also my birthday is on 4th April wouldn't mind getting into shape and buying some new fits. ✨7 DAY CHALLENGE✨ Starting weight: 66.6 kgs ✅day 1: Today was day 1 and for the first time I've completed the whole video and I must say that I haven't felt this good for a long time. ✅ day 2: I was on my periods today I didn't want to do it but I motivated myself and did it. FEELIN' GOOD✨ ✅ day 3: it was easier than yesterday even tho I'm in incredible pain 😃 ✅ day 4: done done done ✅ day 5: done!! I'm not gonna do this tomorrow as I'm going out with my friends. ⛔ day 6 ✅ day 7: DONE!! Weight: 55.5 kgs I haven't been following any diet but still I'm happy with the results. It does work just believe in yourself, stay hydrated and get good sleep ❤️

Today is Wednesday 7/7. I tried doing this workout since Friday 7/2, rest on Sunday, then continued on Monday-Tuesday, and rest again today. I've lost 1.5 kg!!! Planning to continue this again on next Thursday-Saturday. To support my weight loss I: -Drink green tea before workout -After this HIIT exercise I do a quick targeted workout (her slim arm/abs workout) -Reduce carbs and increase proteins. I still eat refined carbs like white rice, white bread, cereal, etc but I just have to keep in mind the calories of every food so I meet my daily intake.

I lost 1kg in 1 week thanks to April Han. I stopped eating junk food and drinking sweet drinks and controlled the portions of what I eat, I didn't eat very little but I also didn't eat a lot. I did her workout along with some of her other workouts every single day and the results came in very fast.

Nosotras con mi hermana realisamos la rutina por 7 dias y si tuvimos resultado. Cada una bajo 2 kilos. Cabe tener presente que, nuestra rutina fue acompañada de la dieta keto. En conclusion. Recomiendo esta rutina si da buenos resultados

During quarantine I’ve gained about 7 kilos. I will do this for 1 week and if it works I may go for the second one. Can’t wait to loose them! Btw, my height is 160cm and my goal is 48 kilos. I’m doing this for 1 week and update y’all on the results:)) Now: 67,8kg Day 1: ✅ this was WAY harder that I thought at first but after the work out I felt very happy Day 2: ❌ Day 3: ✅ still feel very exhausted but in a good way after this workout Day 4: ✅ Day 5: ✅ still enjoying it! Day 6: ✅ Day 7: ✅ Results: 67,9kg So I didn’t lose any weight but I once weight myself on day three and I actually gained some weight but with a better diet and this workout I easily lost the weight I gained so I definitely recommend this👍🏻👍🏻💕 Edit: it’s been five months and finally lost all the weight I gained in quarantine! I just want to tell everyone that it is possible and that you can actually archive anything if you put your body and soul in it. It was hard ofc but you gotta survive the hard times to get to your goal🙌🏼🙌🏼 I wish everyone a successful weight loss project! I believe in you!!!💕💕 and Never forget to first love yourself the way you are! This is the most important part in life ❤️

Going to do this for the next 30 days during my school summer break!! Will give before and after measurements after day 30!! Day-1 ✅🔥 It is simple and easy to follow but sadly I skipped the lunges.. if some one knows easier alternative please tell me!!! ☺ Day-2 ✅🔥 Day-3 ✅🔥 Day-4 ✅🔥was losing motivation still did it. Day-5 🌻 rest Day-6 ✅ 🔥 was feeling very very unmotivated still did it as though at present it feels pain once i achieve it .. it's going to be sweet ☆ Day-7 🌸 took rest again Weekly update tomorrow!!!!!🔥🥳

Day 1: Uzun bir aradan sonra geri döndüm. Umarım düzenli bir şekilde devam ettirebilirim. İlk gün bitti bile ✨🧡 (58.400 kg) Day 2: Yapamadım, kendimi hiç iyi hissetmiyorum. Day 3: Hâlâ hastayım. Day 4: Daha hafif egzersizler yaptım. Day 5: Bugün yaptım 🎉 Birkaç gün sonra tartılacağım. Hem heyecanlıyım hem de gerginim. Umarım güzel bir sonuç görürüm. 😊

Honestly my goal isn’t losing too much weight i want more muscle but i’ll do this anyway Start: 48.4kg Day 1 done (yesterday) Day 2 done Day 3 done Day 4 done Day 5 done Day 6 done Day 7 done i’ll weigh myself tmr morning Results: 48.2kg!! Nearly1 pound in a week is pretty good, esp since i ate a lot. I’m sure this would work amazing if u also ate healthy :)

Im going to try this workout since ive seen a lot of people say this helped them My current weight: 70kg (154pounds) My goal weight: 65kg (143pounds) Lets hope i can lose atleast 1kg from this workout Wish me luck💕 Day 1✅ my whole back and thighs hurt from doing this workout i also did the arm workout and leg workout Day 2✅ i did most of them except the last 4 because i had to shower before my cousin came over Day 3✅ Day 4✅ so far ive seen a slight difference. Keep in mind ive been doing her 30 days arm sliming excersise and some of her workouts Day 5❎ i had to go to a wedding so i only did her arm sliming workout Yh um so this whole time i somehow weighed myself incorrectly and acc weighed 66kg at the start. I also gave up and even tho i have not been working out i have acc lost fat in my body and face

Thanks April! I love these 7 day challenge workouts. It would be great if you can also do a 7 day challenge workout to lose fat face and another 7 day challenge workout that would target the hips and butt.

Uk like i have tried several workouts and gave up. I want to be fit. But it's hard to keep going. I'll try again. My body hurts so much. I have to get fit, i need to lose weight. Or I can't live with this pain. Please encourage me. I couldn't finish this one and only did half. But I will again try next day. Day 2: Couldn't finish full but did more than half. I couldn't work out for 2 days due to work fml Day 3: I finished till arm circles. My balance definitely got better. Skipped a day again 🤡 Day 4: Couldn't finish again but hey i still forced myself and did it. My ankle hurts a bit. Edit: Just saw my own comment after two years....damn. I'm gonna try again- Weight: 73kg Day 1: Half done Day 2: ❌️ Day 3: Half done Uh I dissappeared again but guess what? I'm almost 70kg now! I switch between different videos including this!

I started this workout 5 days ago Here's how it is going~ Day 1: Did it very easy, I was sweating a lot Day 2: easy again Day 3: did it again today Day 4: I had some muscle pain in thighs but still did it. Day 5: I still have some pain but will do it. I'll continue doing it. My mom says my body looks a bit in shape now. Also, I do three more workouts of April's, so the results may vary.

I did this workout along with April hans slim thigh and lower belly workout. I must say that this workout works. It helped me to reduce 1 kg per week. I'm doing this for almost 3 weeks now and lost about 3kg and No! I did not diet. Go for this workout it really helps to reduce weight. Thank you April for this workout.

Weight: 67kg Goal: at least not to gain Nutrition: trying to get rid of my diet thinking and compulsive overeating, so I eat intuitevely 1st day: + (it wasnt that easy and i didnt finish several exersices, but I feel good and energized after it) 2nd day: + (it has been already easier than yesterday)

I'm doing this for 7 days and if i get minus 1 in waist....ill do it for 1 month hehe I care about my physical appearance than weight soooo yeah WAIST: 31 inches Goal: 29 Day 1: CHECK Day 2: CHECK Day 3: CHECK Day 4: CHECK Day 5: CHECK Day 6: CHECK Day 7: CHECK 1 week result= 30" waist, 1 inch was deducted yey, and i didn't do diet. I did this 1x only on day either before i shower at night. Basically if i do this for 4 weeks, i could lose 4 inch and i may get 28 waistline easily. I didn't checked my weight because i really dont care about it, as long as i can have a fit body. I'll do this for 1 month with diet this time. :)

Your work outs are amazing! I've been following some of your previous routines and they've really made a change! What I really like is that you give us alternative exercises as well, I found that very helpful as I could continue working out while I was recovering from an injury.
