Man, I love trap bar's idea, looks safe and easy to do. How can I know when I should use the waist?
@devininaraine2 жыл бұрын
You use the waist as soon as it comes off the ground in combination with your knee extending. A perfect deadlift has both the knees and the hips start at the same time and finish at the same time

Them deadlift lockouts looking scary
@carsondixon3413 жыл бұрын
Curious why they look scary to you? Not over extending and working the explosiveness in the hips and legs. From a combative and athletic perspective this makes perfect sense. If you're doing trap bar deadlifts for hypertrophy maybe it makes sense to go slower and hold for a second at the top to squeeze. Just because you have seen it one way, doesn't mean another way of doing the technique is "scary".

So is trapbar deadlifts a safer alternative to regular deadlifts?
@remycris21083 жыл бұрын
Yes. But keep in mind a trap bar deadlift is more of a squat excercise than a deadlift. It focuses more on ur quads then on ur hamstrings and glutes. Both great excercises, but take the time to learn regular deadlifts too. It’s worth it
@jesusgeronimo3123 жыл бұрын

@@caiquesilva2752 yes bud, it's a 6 day week, all broken up to give body parts rest, so rough idea is upper body day, next day lower body day, next day explosive cardio/ lactic conditioning, so each of those sections gets rest I imagine is the idea when doing the other. Monday upper, next upper would then be like Thursday so plenty of rest. His mobility is amazing for each warm up, full body mobility, I'm a personal trainer myself and I've picked up tonnes of tips and exercise already, each week progresses in reps/time so you're constantly aiming higher, it never gets easy. Very scientific approach along with tonnes of variety to keep you doing something new and not getting bored, it's cheap bud if you have the money I'd 100% recommend.
