No BS, straight to the point. I'm saving this, going to do it for my next training cycle.

Wow, lots of great information. My favorite part of the video was learning about dynamic effort/ resistance bands and how wrestlers lack the stretch/shortening cycle.

Phil...I want to say a special thanks too you bro. I enjoyed this video...very informative and on point! . Some months ago I shared one of your videos to a fitness group and I was ridiculed people were saying things like "who do I think I am"...I'm not an athlete etc. Well I took it all and I'm no quitter to when someone step up to me. I had it out with the group administrators and they kicked me out. Yeah things happen but here I am still supporting cause I know truth and an expert when I see it. Keep doing you bro. Bless up!

This is one of your best videos Phil. You explain many of the technical terms you use in your videos which I usually have trouble understanding.

Guess I'm improving in my programming skills as I guessed the two day structure before he said it, day 1 max lower dynamic upper etc is how I would have done it

good video, as I train 3 x 2 hour sessions a week. Training earlier in the day can effect my training later on so will give this a go

For a General Pop part time fireman would you for the DE Part of the workouts suggest a explosive Strength AND a Speed Strength exercise like mentioned in the Video ? Or would you change between both in 3 week cycles ?

This video is absolute gold Phil, I tried condensed conjugate after Joe Defranco mentioned it on his podcast but it's great to have a bit more detail!

Hi Phil. Where should I put plyometrics and olympic lifts in 3day mma conjugate system? All in the third day- dynamic effort full body? Thank you in advance for the answer.

3rd day. They would likely have to replace the squats and deadlifts
