I went to a Dr.Joe event and stayed with a friend in the city it was being held. That evening we saw Dr.Joe at a restaurant and my friend had a few too many drinks and began insulting him. I was horrified. Dr.Joe demonstrated grace and patience toward my drunk friend. He didn't even try to avoid us later. He was beautifully authentic and showed so much dignity for us all that after 15 years, my friend has now joined the path of Dr.Joe's teaching. He really is the example of what he teaches and shows that if you walk-the-walk that we can be the kindness and patience in the world.

I started meditating three times a day: when I woke up, at lunch and before bed. I started 4 days ago. I followed his instructions, and last night I saw a version of myself dying, and today I had a vision of this dead energetic body being taken from me, I buried it and a new energetic body was brought to me for me to energize with new things. I feel like a new person now, and I will continue to improve more

@@porgguy4962 It seems as if you are protecting someone who was taken advantage of and that is admirable. Luckily, Dr. Joe’s content doesn’t seem to attract a lot of trolls and/or ignorance/negativity but I have seen comments of yours in several places and I wonder if it is your job to convince others that Dr Joe and the many many people all over the world benefiting from scientific discoveries that they are all wrong. @woodsoupgirlasmr2 ай бұрын
Do you ever do anything (like with your motor skills, art, drawing, anything creative no matter what it is) that you’re so focused on/concentrating so much that you find your mind isn’t racing about other things it normally would race about? That’s a start! Using your body/movement to focus on a task, let’s say - that can sort of “distract” you enough to stop your analytical mind. I’d say find something like that, and keep doing it… Sitting down and immediately trying to be still in the mind is difficult for most people. I taught yoga for over a decade and I would say to my students: you’re doing an open-eyed meditation and using your body as a medium to meditate. There’s no one “right” way to do it. Get there how you can then keep practicing more in different ways as you get better. PS. I fall asleep too! So easy for that to happen sometimes, don’t feel bad. Good luck!

46:38: From the moment I started watching this video, I'm like, something's CHANGED about Monsieur Joe. There's an even more positive & calm vibe about him now. Something so silently magnetic, that it needs no introduction or explanation anymore. Truth is just flowing from this person. And, then, *boom.* Dr. Joe Dispenza says it himself: Instead of leading others with your opinion, just SHOW them your emerging conscienceness. Show up in the here and now as someone who intrigues and invites others to want to share in what you have, of their own accord. And, I must say, you are doing exactly that SO well now, Monsieur Joe. Bravo to you. One of your most inspiring interviews to date. Can't wait for next time.

I swear it’s amazing This happened to me with no knowledge of this. I was meditating and all of a sudden I felt my body shifting, and my energy passed feeling. I was crying. It all came out and I was hysterical crying. My body felt like it was coming out of my like my spirit was coming out and I felt so weird and so light it was about after two hours and I’m like what is going on , I couldn’t believe the bliss and the and I felt like there was no problems in the world. I love that feeling I miss it. I try to get it again. It comes and goes, but if you stay in that meditation take two hours sometimes I did it. I stayed for five hours. I couldn’t believe it and I was just blessed and it was the most amazing feeling ever.

Thank you Lewis for bringing in Dr. Joe and his insight so many times. He is the reason I now believe, not just as philosophy, but intrinsically, that I have been running a program for decades which I believed was my true identity. He is a true godsend, an angel. And so are you, Lewis! 🙏🙏🙏

I am a retired massage therapist and Reiki practitioner. I started as a child. I am getting these crazy results from laying my hands on my clients. They are having emotional breakthroughs. I would like to learn more about what I am doing and join Joe in facilitating. My story is similar to his. I was in a cat accident and had to rehabilitate myself and came to these same conclusions. I am wondering if he would be interested in speaking with me . I would love to be a part of his team. Thank you for hosting this show. I have found that I am not crazy by listening to him on your show. Your chemistry is inviting. Thanks again.

Hey Louis I love these interviews. What if you did one dedicated to the HOW, instead of the whats and the why that Joe usually talk a lot about. How to change the brain waves, connect to the field and so on.

Dr Joe Dispenza, you are such an inspiration. You spoke in Cape Town, South Africa, on the topic, :"The Brain, where Science and Spirit meet."

Lewis, I must firstly commend you on making this discussion biographical because a lot of us have been looking for that from Dr Joe. He always says study the person you want to become but theres no information on Dr Joe aside from his 3 kids and 20 something horses. So I really appreciated your questions ... It was nice to REALLY kind of get to know DJD.

Gosh I so agree with lightening up & being goofy…I think it makes one be more creative and effective than being uptight & perfection-conscious! I literally just learned this yesterday while I was at work. When I as more my goofy self, I was more authentic & more relaxed, which allowed me to perform my tasks better.

K C, that's a great suggestion (that Lewis attend a Dr. Joe event and then do a follow up.) Lewis Howes is my hands down favorite interviewer as he asks the great questions and then steps out of the way to let the guest speaker take it away (many interviewers have too much ego for that.)

I've really resonated with Joe Dispenza's work for quite some time now, but he really seems to have gone through some profound personal changes. He feels more authentic and grounded in his conversations that I have seen him in of late. It's really spectacular to see someone who has helped so many people transform truly walking the path, and continuing his own evolution. It's very evident, at least to me.

Gina B here,I absolutely love Lewis Lowe's videos ,love the platform and guests he's invited to the show, I've learned some valuable information and for the better my mind is not so closed off to different and more productive ways of thinking . Kinda feels like my brain was down for a long nap 😊, woke up to new awareness, which weren't really new they just laid dormant!😮,omg what the heck is my brain spouting out now!!!

My husband is 10 years younger than me.. when Joe said "there's a cougar around the corner!" 😂😂😂 ..to find him funny at 6am is a sure sign this stuff works! I won't go into the trauma stuff that's behind me. suffice to say ..even just the language of this thinking is the truth for me.

I hope Lewis Howes reads these because I want to give feedback that maybe helpful...maybe not: The titles of the videos to me do not represent the quality of the conversations. You are empowering us with information and perspectives to help but when the title says do this and you will _______ , to me that is pressure and is stressing the "doing" rather than the empowerment of your audience. That is my opinion. You are not the only one who uses that style and I definitely have an aversion for it. There is much "to do" in life that to do something else is just overwhelming and it is like a fast bullet while in reality things take time to put into application . I hope this is helpful to you as feedback. I really like your shows and appreciate your style of communication. To me, you, like us, is also a learner and you are sharing with us what you are learning. I hope this is not offensive, I hope that it is read by you and that maybe it makes a difference. All the very best in what you do.
