Pretty standard fare for a BOYD buffet. I had a breakfast and a lunch buffet at the Gold Coast last year and although it was average, its still cheaper then a burger and Coke. When I was there in February, I stayed at Cal for my last two nights and ate at their Market Cafe 4 times---it was very affordable and quite delicious---every meal was different. Their mid-day prime rib special with delicious sides and free cherries jubilee was a big hit.

Sam Boyd, think The California, Main Street Station, Fremont Hotel and Casino (Sam's Town and the former Stardust for a time) was raised in Hawaii. He developed a strong relationship between folks in Hawaii and his hotel properties in Vegas. That is still evident today. Look at the options on this buffet. Perhaps a group of Pacific Islanders sitting behind you. It is a very cool old school feature of downtown Vegas.

Main Street is one of my favorite places for a more affordable buffet. It's also a great place to go when I have a craving for local Hawaiian food. Glad you got the chance to go there!

(WOW Matthew your Not Shy to eat on Camera you Really Gobble down! LOL This is the first time I've seen Corned Beef Hash so Appetizing and fresh at a Buffet most of the times it looks like from a CAN! LOL Corn beef I could eat ALL Day! The Sunset Station Casino in Henderson Buffet is Similar to this but way more "Outside" feel ambiance. I Recommend Suset Station. Btw your Vlog had a lot of Ad interruptions not used to that. i like main street for a buffet downtown. if i want to do a locals buffet though i always go to palace station or palms. if you like to drink beer, the 777 brewpub in the main street casino downtown has a really good sampler of 5 beers.

Main Street buffet is one of the best buffet deals around. The weekday breakfast or lunch buffet will run you $8-10 with a player card, great value and selection for the price. For another great value I recommend the breakfast buffet at the Gold Coast, across from the Rio. it runs around $8 and has fresh, hot food. You could pay that for a large glass of OJ in Vegas. If you just had an omlette and plate of fruit it would run you $20+ at any restaurant. The thought is making me hungry. :o) Thanks for the vids, keep up the good work.

Next time you’re in Phoenix try the Wondering Horse buffet at Talking Stick resort. They have the best buffet pizza I’ve ever had. Also, everything else there is damn good.

You scan get that pre covid for 10 if you hand them your players card. which is the only reason to own one and you don't even had to have used it for playing. can't do that at many places. I liked the food as well.

Main Street is my favorite place to go to eat in Vegas. If you have a player card it’s a little cheaper. If you play at the casino they will send you offers! It makes me sad that I can’t get to Vegas this year until the pandemic has passed. Great video!

We always make a trip down to MSS for this buffet for lunch when downtown. Very worth the price, especially when you use the 2for1 voucher. Comes out to like 10$ for 2 people for lunch. Don't expect the Bacchanal but, it's decent cheap comfort food. Desserts are generic and basic, but the pink lemonade is delish!
