Kristen instead of the pizza dough use the Pillsbury breadstick dough.....you'll find it in the same area that you find the pizza dough and eliminate the Italian seasoning and it will taste more like crazy bread but not identical to crazy bread. 3:48

My grandma used to work for the school district & made cheese zombies. Bread dough on top & bottom filled with American cheese. Pinch edges together & bake. After baked I brushed with melted butter & garlic salt. She made her own dough I cheated & used refrigerator pizza crust.
