Trying a New Bait with Excellent Results

Using the Marker 54 Glide Shrimp for the first time and I was really impressed with the results.

That Marker 54 is a pretty durable bait, for what it is. I was in the middle of a trout bite yesterday (15 specks, 46 white trout, Louisiana). Had to change out my Vudu shrimp for this. A1. I dyed the very tip of the tail myself with chartreuse.

@@SRadigFishing I used some pro cure with it on a popping cork. Small hits but I think it would work better if I had found some bigger fish. I like it so for though.

Do specks have to be 13.5 to be legal or 12 still?

Still 12 for now. Not sure when it will change.

@S. Radig Fishing dag nabbit... i went fishing last Sunday in hopedale and caught about a dozen of 12 inchers specks but threw them all back after I googled the legal size on them, Google told me 13.5. End up keeping 10 specks that range from 14 to 19 inches.
