Adding more salsa even if you are already suffering is the Mexican way 👍🏻🙌🏻

You don't have to put any sauce and just enjoy the flavor of your food as is. Sometimes I appreciate it more..besides if your older , it's easier on your stomach . Plus anything with vegetables is more healthy than fast food hamburger

Al pastor gets dressed with onion, cilantro, pineapple, salsa roja, and lime is optional. But jarritos is on point. A modelo, or negra modelo beer is perfect. Glad you can appreciate a great variety of Mexican versions of al pastor. Keep finding those holes in the wall that make that traditional cuisine. I enjoyed your video.
@Caprizonica Жыл бұрын
Jarritos is extremely overrated and I'm Mexican, it tastes so cheap IMO. Any soda will do but if you're in the Northeast of Mexico I'd recommend "Joya" brand soda, any flavor.

I always thought adobada and al pastor were the same but from different regions of Mexico?
@manuellastra98232 жыл бұрын
They are the same... but different nethod of cooking the trompo is the same method the middle easterns do the dish call shawama(Labon) ...consisting of meat cut into thin slices, stacked in a cone-like shape, and roasted on a slowly-turning vertical rotisserie or spit.
