The thing is, Kristin. You are able to convey in such a discriptive manner, the essence of the food, and the feel of the restaurant so naturally and with such grace. You both, review and describe with such class. Guess I have eaten vicariously through you...... Thank you.

I like that you gave Peter Luger another chance. Restaurants are not static. I saw another youtube video in which the server (very helpful) recommended the burger). Who would have known to go to a steakhouse for their burger? Kudos to you for calling out the hostess. Most guests don't realize how important the front of house staff is to the entire restaurant team. As a host/ hostess you are the first and last face the guests see. It does not matter if they think you are tourists and are fed up with tourists. Tourists bring money to NYC.

Thanks! We did too. Hopefully as the channel grows we can ask everyone if they’ve been to places before we go and get some more suggestions

I had one of the best meals of my life there. Lobster cocktail (Two actually. My co-worker gave me his as well because he’s allergic) and steak au poivre. Also my first dinner out not drinking. I quit over 9 years ago. Paid for by the company I was working for. Amazing dinner. I love that place💯

I have eaten there a few times. Food is always good, and the atmosphere is great. A bit pricey, but very enjoyable

this is my favorite steakhouse in the country...BUT not the NYC location...you MUST go to the one at the Borgata Casino in Atlantic City, because they have an offering that is not on the NYC menu...it's the colossal crab meat cocktail...trust me, you need to go there and get that app...and THEN add it to your Gotham ribeye via Oscar style as well...it will be one of the best steaks you will have...you have to trust me if you go down there...cheers, love u guys and keep up the amazing videos!

Was there in 2014, tried their "Kobe" burger, not quite sure if it was real Kobe, based on the price, but damn, it was great!

It’s actually not! They said that was just the name which seems a little misleading

Well done video with great information. I nearly dismissed this as 'one of those big channels' but was very surprised that it is not. It's very professional done, almost 'too perfect' and polished which is why I almost dismissed it.

Bit concerning is the cheesy/cheap holiday lights. Yikes. And he decor just looks sad. It's not modern at all. Bare brown walls, mirrors that are just old, and sad tables and yeesh those placemats look awful. The cheap Lunch sign belongs at a Ruby Tuesdays. Love your videos and how you bring us inside these great steakhouses...but based on this, hard pass.
